What is a team card?
A team card is a digital greeting card on which several people can leave a personal message. To give these messages a personal touch, you can add your own images or animated GIFs.

How do I invite other people?
After you have created a team card, you will receive an e-mail with a link that you can pass on to anyone you would like to leave a personal message for. You can also copy the link at the touch of a button in the admin area.
How can I pay for my team card?
Possible payment methods are Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna SOFORT (formerly Sofortüberweisung).
For companies that purchase a larger quantity, direct debit or purchase on account are also possible.
Why are some entries blurred?
Individual entries are shown blurred on your team card if you use the free version and there are more than five entries. The free version only allows up to five entries. After an upgrade to a paid version, all further entries become visible.
How can I delete a message?
If you would like to delete a message, please contact the creator of the team card. They can delete individual entries in the admin area.
How long is a team card kept?
The team card including all entries is kept permanently, provided its content does not violate applicable law. You can also download the team card as a high-resolution image to your computer or smartphone.
The creator of the card can delete it, however.
