How much does a team card cost?
Every team card starts for free. The free version allows up to 5 messages. For larger groups, you can upgrade to Pro or Premium at any time – see the prices above.
How can I pay for my team card?
Possible payment methods are Paypal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna SOFORT (formerly Sofortüberweisung).
For companies that purchase a larger quantity, direct debit or purchase on account are also possible.
How do I invite other people?
After you have created a team card, you will receive an e-mail with a link that you can pass on to anyone you would like to leave a personal message for. You can also copy the link at the touch of a button in the admin area.
Can I schedule the card in advance?
Yes, from team card Pro onwards you can set a date and time and the card is sent automatically. Until then, everyone can keep adding messages.
How long is a team card kept?
The team card and all its messages are kept permanently until you delete it. You can also download it as a high-resolution image.
